Yumoto Fujiya Hotel is a resort hotel that opened for business at itspresent location in 1973. In an effort to restructure hotel functions,expansive addition and remodeling projects were undertaken in 1996.These projects included a new 1,400m2 banquet hall, new meeting rooms,wedding hall, restaurant, bath house with open air baths, as well ascomplete renovation of dining and drinking facilities and guest rooms.The interiors of the dining /drinking facilities and guest rooms havea naturally warm beige tone that makes use of light and elements, whilethe furnishings, fabrics, etc., invoke a sense of being at a four-starresort.
